Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of paying. Email lumenight@mail.grokbot.com with the address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the licence key. We aim to reply within 3 working days.

If you have not downloaded the print files

We will refund you in full, back to the original payment method, through Gumroad.

If the map is wrong or not as described

You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the files are faulty, or they are not what we described, we will fix the problem or refund you. Tell us what went wrong.

If you have already downloaded them and you have changed your mind

Because the files are digital and supplied straight away, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want them immediately. That can affect the automatic cancellation right. Even so, write to us within 14 days. If the map simply was not what you hoped, we will look at a goodwill refund. We would rather put it right than keep the money for a poster you do not want.

How the money goes back

Refunds go through Gumroad to the card or method you paid with. We do not ask you to send bank details by email.
